Wistow School in the 1930's
The teacher on the left is Mrs Lizzie Howes (nee Gibb) who was the village schoolmistress. She lived with her husband Louie in a bungalow in Mill Road (now demolished and replaced by 2 houses on the left opposite the black barn).
